Arayu Pty Ltd is an Australian made and owned company selling in Australia within Australian Law.

Australian Shipping:

Orders will be sent via Australia Post. Once orders are received by us you will receive an Australia Post Tracking Number. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.

International Shipping:

All orders will be sent via Australia Post. Once orders are received by us you will receive an Australia Post Tracking Number. Please allow 7-10 working days for your delivery, subject to customs clearance in your country.

If your Country of origin is not listed on our shop page's shipping calculator, you can order directly by contacting info@arayuskin.com.au. Orders can be a maximum of 850gms of product and the delivered goods are not permitted for resale. Please send your enquiries to info@arayuskin.com.au and we will assist you.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products and quantity ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. There are many country specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may impact our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it. Customs may delay your order or might reject it outright from being delivered based on local laws. We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering.

In addition, you may incur higher than expected import duties or tariffs, your order may not be deliverable, or customs may hold or return your order back to us. International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges that are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Arayu. Please be aware that duties and taxes shall be based on the full retail price of the products regardless of bundled pricing or other discounts on the order.

To avoid any delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the carrier to contact you should there be any issues in transit.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
